Hey guys I'm Chiane. 16. Art Student. Part-time Blogger. Aspiring Photographer. Self-proclaimed Fashionista. Dreamer. Currently struggling with my new status as Interior Design student in a great university. I began to have a fascination for black nails but not crossing the line of the punk/emo/scene culture and whatsoever. I also began to listen to songs in different genres and sometimes picking songs from not-so-famous singers and bands and playing it over and over again. I'm currently addicted to poupeegirl and I don't care if its just for girls. I love meeting new people and hi, I'm christian by the way, and oh, call me chiane, its better c:

goodbye summer, i'll miss you part two *winks*

hello netizens ü

its 11pm here and raining, a perfect time to blog.

i've been itching to blog for the past three days but when i'll start to write, i lose my train of thought xD its eight days before the classes start, the college life starts *gasp* i always rant about what i feel whenever i think about college life. haha

my mom, my brother and i are praticing on how to travel from our house to our school for the past two weeks. i always imagine myself sitting in the MRT and LRT when i go to school, but i didn't realize that our trips on sundays are not that convenient on weekdays, especially, on the start of classes.

the trip is just traumatic *OTT description*

i'm not being a sissy or anything, but i'm just not used to go to school faaar from our house & ride several trains and jeepneys. so its a big adjustment for me to attend classes in PUP, compared to my trip to my BNAHS using a tricycle.

but i think i made that decision, daydreaming that i'll be independent but independence is a far cry from taking public transportation to go to school. haha

i said to my dad 2 months ago that i want to go to college in PUP to experience the "real life" and take a step outside my comfort zone.

i've been really thinking to go to UMAK this year, but i urged myself to meet different people because almost all of my schoolmates will be studying at UMAK.

i don't really understand myself. haha

i just want to extend my social circle. aight?

MOVING ON!

its really great that i'm back to my normal self now, sleeping early. *early = 12am* being a normal teenager in the face of the earth just like everybody does. haha i over-eat and can't stop eat midnight snacks just to let myself doze off. i think food is a great sleeping pill! plus its comforting but expect gaining extra pounds xD

i'm proud to say that i'm comfortable with my own skin. i'm actually on the bigger side of life *you know what i mean. haha* i dunno, maybe some people hate being chubby or what, but i really don't mind. even my parents "force" *emphasize force* me to lose weight. but i understand my parents. its really for the health purposes to lose weight. i don't care people throwing insults at me just because i'm chubby.

but honestly, insecurities regarding body issues crosses my mind. like the clothes i like that i can't wear because i'm big. its okay for me.

*seriously, i think we're talking about saying goodbye to summer. right? ü*

i want to thank the following things that made my summer less boring. haha :

gaiaonline.com
for consuming my time! i just love gaia. that's all xD

style.com // bryanboy.com// lookbook
for making my day and giving my fashion fixes everyday! and for making me updated with all the things related to fasyon!

plurk.com // multiply.com// facebook.com// friendster.com// tweeter.com
ah. the social networking websites! for meeting new friends and for burning my time *hugs*

and for blogspot.com!
for making my summer less boring by reflecting my thoughts and for letting me improve on how to express my thoughts. *hugs*

i think i'll be busy for the next four years. haha

i'll miss everything about summer. good and bad. and high school too!

peaceout~

&& i'm broke right now, from a recent shopping spree because i'm dying to spend my moolahs. haha

that's when i realize i'm a REAL compulsive shopper. haha ü

i dunno, whenever i save money, i really feel the urge to shop. haha

i'm crazeh. xD

woah. i'm kinda excited because i'll be a COLLEGE STUDENT after 18 days~

happy mother's day :]

hello netizens *u*

happy mother's day btw.

oh. i have a story that will surely touch your hearts after read it.

perfect for the occasion xD

This story begins when I was a child:
I was born poor.
Often we hadn't enough to eat.
Whenever we had some food, Mother often gave me her
portion of rice.
While she was transferring her rice into my bowl,
she would say "Eat this rice, son! I'm not hungry."
This was Mother's First Lie.
As I grew, Mother gave up her spare time
to fish in a river near our house;
she hoped that from the fish she caught,
she could give me a little bit more nutritious food
for my growth.
Once she had caught just two fish,
she would make fish soup.
While I was eating the soup, mother would sit beside me
and eat what was still left on the bone
of the fish I had eaten.
My heart was touched when I saw it.
Once I gave the other fish to her on my chopstick
but she immediately refused it and said, "Eat this fish, son!
I don't really like fish."
This was Mother's Second Lie.
Then, in order to fund my education,
Mother went to a Match Factory
to bring home some used matchboxes
which she filled with fresh matchsticks.
This helped her get some money to cover our needs.
One wintry night I awoke
to find Mother filling the matchboxes by candlelight.
So I said,
"Mother, go to sleep; it's late:
you can continue working tomorrow morning."
Mother smiled and said "Go to sleep, son! I'm not tired."
This was Mother's Third Lie.
When I had to sit my Final Examination,
Mother accompanied me.
After dawn, Mother waited for me
for hours in the heat of the sun.
When the bell rang, I ran to meet her..
Mother embraced me and poured me a glass of tea
that she had prepared and brought in a thermos.
The tea was not as strong
as my Mother's love.
Seeing Mother covered with perspiration,
I at once gave her my glass
and asked her to drink too.
Mother said "Drink, son! I'm not thirsty!".
This was Mother's Fourth Lie.
After Father's death, Mother had to play the role of a single parent.
She held on to her former job; she had to fund our needs alone.
Our family's life was more complicated.
We suffered from starvation.
Seeing our family's condition worsening,
my kind Uncle who lived near my house
came to help us solve our problems big and small.
Our other neighbors saw that we were poverty stricken
so they often advised my mother to marry again.
But Mother refused to remarry saying
"I don't need love."
This was Mother's Fifth Lie.
After I had finished my studies and gotten a job,
it was time for my old Mother to retire
but she carried on going to the market every morning
just to sell a few vegetables.
I kept sending her money but she was steadfast
and even sent the money back to me.
She said, "I have enough money."
That was Mother's Sixth Lie.
I continued my part-time studies for my Master's Degree.
Funded by the American Corporation for which I worked,
I succeeded in my studies.
With a big jump in my salary,
I decided to bring Mother to enjoy life in America
but Mother didn't want to bother her son;
she said to me "I'm not used to high living."
That was Mother's Seventh Lie.
In her old age, Mother was attacked by cancer
and had to be hospitalized.
Now living far across the ocean,
I went home to visit Mother who was
bedridden after an operation.
Mother tried to smile but I was heartbroken
because she was so thin and feeble
but Mother said,
"Don't cry, son! I'm not in pain."
That was Mother's Eighth Lie.
Telling me this, her eighth lie, she died.
YES, MOTHER WAS AN ANGEL
M - O - T - H - E - R
"M" is for the Million things she gave me,
"O" means Only that she's growing old,
"T" is for the Tears she shed to save me,
"H" is for her Heart of gold,
"E" is for her Eyes with love-light shining in them,
"R" means Right, and right she'll always be,
Put them all together,
they spell "MOTHER"
a word that means the world
to me.
For those of you who are lucky to be still blessed with your Mom's
presence on Earth,
this story is beautiful.
For those who aren't so blessed,
this is even more beautiful.

i'm touched after reading this. realizing that our mothers are very important to us.

&& they would sacrifice for us. *sobs*

anyway.

happy mother's day mom. and i love you!

peaceout~

chick flicks

hello netizens *u*

its been quite awhile

anyway. i've just watched the movie "Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging" after months of hearing about it.

here's the plot of the movie :]

On the first day of the school year Georgia and her friends, Jas (Eleanor Tomlinson), Ellen (Manjeeven Grewal) and Rosie (Georgia Henshaw) spot two new brothers that have just moved to Eastbourne from London. Fraternal twins Robbie (Aaron Johnson) and Tom (Sean Bourke). The girls follow the boys, who are exploring Eastbourne with their friend Dave "the Laugh" (Tommy Bastow).

Georgia then hatches a plan to get close to Robbie. Realising that Robbie likes cats she pretends her cat, Angus, has gone missing. Jas has Angus on a leash, but he escapes and Tom rescues him. Jas and Tom begin dating while Robbie is seeing Georgia's rival - Lindsay.

In the midst of all these, Georgia's father has been offered a job in New Zealand, and he goes to New Zealand to prepare for the family to move out with him. During his absence, Georgia's mum hires a handsome builder called Jem to re-do the living room, and begins to spend increasingly longer periods of time with him, making Georgia worried as to the state of her parents marriage.

In an attempt to "grow up" for Robbie, Georgia then goes to have "snogging lessons" with Peter Dyer (Liam Hess). He becomes infatuated with her and at a party the following night, he tries to kiss her, causing her to fall in to a bush and expose her underwear to Robbie, Lindsay, Jas and Tom, who see her on the ground with Peter. In order to get away from Peter, Georgia tells him that she is a lesbian. Tom invites Jas to go swimming with him and Robbie. Georgia conspires to meet them at the pool and brings her sister along as she is stuck babysitting her. While in the pool Robbie and Georgia kiss. Robbie then leaves, claiming that he has to "sort some things out" but that he will phone Georgia later.

A few weeks later Dave the Laugh invites Georgia to a gig for Robbie's band, the Stiff Dylans. After reading Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus GeorgiaGeorgia at the gig, but is stopped by Lindsay. hatches a plan to make Robbie to realize his feelings for her by going to the gig with Dave the Laugh. Robbie tries to talk to

At school, Dave finds out that Georgia was only using him to make Robbie jealous and so stops talking to her. When Dave tells Robbie that Georgia was only using Dave, he stops talking to her as well. When she finds out it was Jas that leaked this information, they have an argument, and they vow never to speak to each other again.

Feeling like there is no point in staying in England, Georgia decides that she would like to move to New Zealand. Before she leaves she goes to the beach for a walk knowing Robbie would be there and apologizes to him. Robbie tells her that he dumped Lindsay and he admits that he still likes her.

In the end Georgia's mum takes her to a club for the first time and it turns out to be a surprise fifteenth birthday party, which Jas had secretly organized with Georgia's mum. She is greeted by all her friends and her family, with Jas and Georgia befriending each other again. As a surprise, Georgia's father returns from New Zealand, deciding to stay in Eastbourne for a better job opportunity. It is also revealed that Jem is gay, and that his boyfriend is the owner of the nightclub. The Stiff Dylans are performing the song "Ultraviolet" which Robbie had written about Georgia, when they are interrupted by Lindsay who had come from her own party (to which no-one had turned up) and tells Robbie that he would either take her back or lose her forever. He tells her that Georgia is the one he wants, and he kisses Georgia on-stage.

hahax ü i love it to bits!
